Primal Design is a software engineering and consulting company driven by Christopher Jacobsen. It is a one-man company, with the capability to draw upon extra resources from the software and hardware development community.

Primal Design was founded on January 1st, 2000. Christopher Jacobsen has more than 15 years of professional development experience, and has led both development teams and departments for several companies. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering [1990] from the University of Calgary (Alberta, Canada).
